About Panorama Farm:
Panorama Farm was opened in 2022 in partnership the nonprofit Friends of Puerto as a way to support their mission of providing economic opportunities and self-sufficiency for the people of Puerto Rico. Located on 16 idyllic acres in the lush mountains of Las Marías, Puerto Rico, the farm supplies the ethically-grown, 100% arabica coffee beans that make the Friends of Puerto Rico social impact coffee brand, Café Ama. The farm also provides a learning space for Friends of Puerto Rico’s youth entrepreneur program, SEEDS. Child participants visit the farm to learn about farming and business practices from onsite mentors.
The newest addition to the farm, Hacienda Panorama, is a 2,001,100xxx square foot lodging of closed and open space that hosts visitors looking for a beautiful agrotourism experience. Proceeds from the lodging go to support the farm and the work of Friends of Puerto Rico. Guests enjoy the beautiful scenery, hiking, exotic birds, coffee tours, and of course, delicious coffee all while supporting a good cause.
Our Mission:
Panorama Farm is developing an agro-tourism farming community committed to sustainable agriculture and tourism through cultural and educational exchanges. Our purpose is to produce coffee, papaya, plantain and other foods through our farm with techniques that reflect our commitment to eliminating poverty, fighting climate change, and engaging the next generation in sustainable agriculture.
We are passionate about the environment, entrepreneurship, and agriculture. We are committed to offering visitors an exceptional and meaningful experience through coffee and volunteering. We are powered by our Latin roots and the boricua essence to support our Puerto Rican communities.
