Panorama Farm invites you to embark on a one-of-a-kind culinary adventure: the Café Pitorro Tasting Experience. This exclusive offering blends the island’s rich coffee heritage with its beloved tradition of pitorro (artisanal Puerto Rican rum), creating a symphony of flavors you won’t find anywhere else.
We’ve crafted an immersive tasting session where our premium, single-origin coffee meets small-batch pitorro, infused with local fruits and spices like coconut, guava, and cinnamon. The result? A velvety, aromatic fusion that dances on the palate, revealing the deep, complex notes of Puerto Rico’s terroir.
After your guided visit to Panorama Farm, you'll rest under the shade of our century-old hacienda and our master cafetero and ronero will lead you through a curated tasting of three pairings:
Café Negro + Pitorro Clásico – Bold, smoky coffee alongside smooth, caramel-kissed rum.
Café con Leche + Pitorro de Coco – Creamy coffee harmonizing with tropical coconut-infused rum.
Café Dulce + Pitorro de Guayaba – Sweetened coffee paired with fruity, spiced guava rum.
